ANNA has the perfect vitamin booster for your body and mood in the morning. Try ANNA's delicious breakfast bowl recipe personally crafted for you and prepare multiple servings for the entire week.

THE ANNA BREAKFAST BOWL

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE (6 SERVINGS EACH)

8 pcs. Dried halved apricots
5 pcs. Walnuts
6 tbsp. Wheat bran
5 tbsp. Organic rolled oats or spelt flakes
3 tbsp. Organic chia seeds
6 tbsp. Ground flax seeds
1-2 tbsp. Honey (to taste)
1 L Water

PREPARATION

Cut the dried apricots and walnuts into small pieces and mix them in a large bowl with all the ingredients listed. Bring the water to a boil and pour it into your muesli mix. Mix everything in the bowl together and let it cool. To keep your muesli fresh, seal everything and store it in the refrigerator.

We recommend enjoying your bowl at room temperature. Just take out your portion from the fridge and let it sit shortly before eating.

Add a fruity upgrade for a little extra zest. ANNA herself can't get enough of mangoes and papayas!
