The ANNA Breakfast-Bowl

Start a new day feeling vital and fresh.

Grab your spoon and get ready to dig into ANNA's delicious breakfast bowl. And why not prepare several servings for the whole week while you're at it?

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE (6 SERVINGS EACH)

8 pcs. dried halved apricots
5 pcs. Walnuts
6 tbsp. wheat bran
5 tbsp. organic rolled oats or spelt flakes
3 tbsp. organic chia seeds
6 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1-2 tbsp. honey (to taste)
1 L water

PREPARATION

Schneide die getrockneten Marillen und Walnüsse in kleine Stücke und vermenge sie mit allen angeführten Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel. Bringe das Wasser zum Kochen und gieße Deinen Müslimix damit auf. Vermische nun nochmals alles in der Schüssel und lass es etwas abkühlen. Damit Dein Müsli frisch bleibt, bewahre alles verschlossen im Kühlschrank auf.

Cut the dried apricots and walnuts into small pieces and mix them in a large bowl with all the ingredients listed. Bring the water to a boil and pour it into your muesli mix. Mix everything in the bowl together and let it cool. To keep your muesli fresh, seal everything and store it in the refrigerator.

We recommend enjoying your bowl at room temperature. Just take out your portion from the fridge and let it sit shortly before eating.

Add a fruity upgrade for a little extra zest. ANNA herself can't get enough of mangoes and papayas!
