STEP 1
Choose the correct band change service for your piece of jewelry.
STEP 2
Choose a new color and, if necessary, determine other criteria such as material and band length. Then, add the Band change service to your shopping cart and complete your order.
STEP 3
After you have completed your order, please send us your piece of jewelry (including all components), insured, and including the order number to following address:

Once received, the band will be changed in our workshop and returned to you within a few business days.

In-Store Band Change
You can have your ANNA bracelet’s band changed directly at any ANNA Store. This standard band change service is usually done on site.
Regarding all other band change service categories, all jewelry will be ready for pick-up within a few business days.
All available band colors are displayed at our ANNA stores.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to change a band in the stores?
A standard band change in one of our ANNA stores can usually be done on site immediately. However, if it is particularly busy at the time of your visit, you can also arrange a pick-up with our ANNA experts to save you wait time in the store. Usually the band change does not exceed longer than one working day after you’ve dropped it off at one of our stores.
For all other band change service categories, the band change takes place in our workshop and takes a slightly longer as a result. Your jewelry is usually ready for pick-up within a few working days.
How often should I have the band changed?
This depends on how often you wear it and how often you want to change the color. For example, if you often wear it in combination with a wristwatch or during sports, the band may wear out more quickly. We recommend changing the band every six months as a rule of thumb.
Can I also have the band changed from a bracelet of another brand?
No, ANNA band changes is an exclusive service and we only change the band of original ANNA bracelets.
Can I also have pendants from another brand threaded onto an ANNA bracelet?
No, we only thread ANNA pendants onto our bracelets.
