If you’re craving a new color or your wristband has become a little worn or dirty through everyday wear, you can use this voucher to let us change it for you. We will polish your pendant by hand and change the band to your preferred color.

Choose your color and put the voucher in your cart.

Afterwards, you can put your wristband in an envelope, address it to us and send it off. The shipping that you pay for when you buy the voucher is our return shipping back to you.

Unfortunately, the loss of diamonds cannot be prevented. Each diamond in our Eternity Rings is held together by four prongs.

The size of the gems determines the strength and stability of the prongs.

Delicate rings with small diamonds are thus more “sensitive” than the stabile settings of larger diamonds. It is no problem for us to replace lost stones. We bear the expenses of the diamonds and our customer only bears the costs of inserting the stones, currently it is between 15,00€ and 30,00€ for each diamond, depending on the ring and the size of the diamond). Plus the shipping costs, has to be taken in charge by the customer.

- A product that I would like to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?

 We have an automatic notification system on the product level, once the product is available, you will receive an email from us. Normally, the product should be available in 14 days.


- I would like to design a bracelet! How long will it take for it to be completed and delivered?

 The bracelet will be completed within 48 hours and brought to the delivery service. Orders made between Friday 10 a.m. and Monday 10 a.m. are completed on Monday and brought to the delivery service.


- There was a problem with my delivery. Where can I deliver a complaint ?

- I would like to place a large order / I plan on ordering many products this year. Do you offer any kind of discount?

 Yes, we do! If you have ordered goods totaling 2000$ or more, you will receive a 10% discount on all your purchases for the rest of the year .


- I like your products a lot and would like to know what gems you use and if you could give more detailed information on them (carat, gram, etc.) ?

- I placed an order, but I don’t see it in My Account / I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

  We are working on correcting this error. If this error occurs, we will retroactively send you a confirmation by e-mail.

  “Cash on Delivery” will presumably be available starting in September 2014 .

We hope you understand that we can only accept products that are in mint condition and are sent back within 14 days of delivery (Right of Withdrawal). Custom-made and –adjusted products (Design Your Bracelet) can unfortunately not be returned (Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal).

- Is it possible to send your products as a gift, i.e. with a different return address, without an invoice, etc.?
