Please let us know about the mistake immediately by calling us at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) so that we can try and fix the mistake as soon as possible. Unfortunately, should you choose to contact us via e-mail, we cannot guarantee that the information will be read on time.

ANNA offers customers the option to make all orders either by telephone at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) or e-mail (nyc@annaij.com) .

Our telesales workers will organize all the products, that are both online and in our stores, for you. You can also put in special requests for your order. We ask that you tell us your wishes via e-mail or on the telephone. For such an order we require your credit card information. Under no circumstances will any bank information belonging to the customer be saved, instead it will be entered just once into a payment portal.

As soon as the order has been paid for, then it will be handed over to production. The time needed for production and shipping are the same as with an online order. You may feel free to tell us if you are in need of your order as soon as possible. We offer Express Production and Shipping as well.

At this time, there are two kinds of gift cards available: Online or via telephone/e-mail.

  • Online shop gift cards: You will receive a code by e- mail, not by mail.
  • If you would like a gift card that is useable in any of our stores then call us at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) or write us at nyc@annaij.com . This gift card will be sent to you by mail in card form. We are currently working on having all of our gift cards sent out in card form everywhere. We ask for your patience and understanding in this aspect.
Please send us the Instagram/Facebook photo to nyc@annaij.com. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if this product is in stock or how you can order it.

In that case, you have a few options.

  • You can use the button „Notify Me“ under the product details of the sold out product and we will contact you via email as soon as the product is back in stock.
  • Of course, you can also send us an e-mail to nyc@annaij.com or call us at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) so that we can also put you on our waiting list. Normally, the product should be available within 14 days.
  • If you must have the product no matter what, we can also have the product specially made for you. This takes approximately 5-6 weeks and will be charged with an extra fee of $50. Let us know if you would like this via e-mail or write us an e-mail.
Our products are always packaged in our beautiful ANNA boxes, individually wrapped, and sent to you. The receipt is never in the package.

Here you can find a table with all international ring sizes. In order to find your own ring size, simply measure the inner diameter of your ring and compare it to our table. Any jeweler can also measure your ring size for you.

If you would like to purchase one of our older products, we are happy to check with our headquarter in Vienna and produce it just for you. This would take approximately 5-6 weeks and the customer will be charged with an extra service charge of $50. For this service, please call us at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) or e-mail us at nyc@annaij.com.
Please send us an e-mail at nyc@annaij.com with your contact information (e-mail address and home address) as well as the product name, so that we can send you a certificate. Please specify whether you would like to receive the certificate in the form of a PDF or as a hardcopy in the mail.
Unfortunately, this form of payment is not possible. Everything that is purchased online must be paid for immediately online.
Of course, you can reserve a product you would like to purchase in one of our stores. Please call us at +1(212)-675-4330 (open during shop hours) or send us an e-mail at nyc@annaij.com stating which product you would like for us to reserve for you. We will then send you an email confirming your reservation which you can take with you and show in store. In this case, you can pay for the product in store. We can reserve products up to a maximum of 48 hours.

Individualisation

If you’re craving a new color or your wristband has become a little worn or dirty due to everyday wear, you can purchase a “Band Change Voucher”  in our online store and send it off to us. Once it arrives at our Store Location in NYC we will hand polish the pendant and change it to the string color that you prefer.

    1. Choose your color of preference and put the voucher in your cart.
    2. Place your wristband in a securely sealed package. Don't forget to save a copy of your order number for your records.

  1. That’s it. Now just drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Your are craving a new color or your wristband has become a little worn or dirty due to everyday wear- simply purchase our “Band Change Voucher” and send it off to our Store location in NYC for a special treatment.
Please note the following: Due to recurring complaints of customers claiming the bands are tied too tightly (a misunderstanding during the calculation of the right length) we will no longer offer the service of individual band length adjustment. The original idea behind the product was, and still is, to be able to combine it at will, to expand it and to be able to take it off, if needed. The implementation of the adjustment itself was the result of a high demand for it and eventually became an integral part of it. We would like to return to the original message, to pay attention to the background of the product and to spare our customers the multiple trips to the service center (if the band was too tight, etc.). Thus, we have decided to remove the individual band length adjustment service until further notice. The same applies to our employees, both in the office and in-store, who no longer wear shortened bands. It is of utmost importance to us that all of our clients are neither disadvantaged nor unfairly treated.
 
We kindly ask for your understanding in this situation and hope to continue to enchant you with other products and services.

Of course, we would be glad to engrave a special, symbol, logo, or a unique handwritten text for you on one of our plates. A special engraving usually takes about five workdays and costs $30,00 plus costs for the chosen plate as well as further engravings.

The bracelet will be completed within 48 hours and brought to the delivery service. Orders made between Friday 10 a.m. and Monday 10 a.m. are completed on Monday and brought to the delivery service.

We only produce our jewelry exclusively out of 925 Sterling Silver, 18k Rose Gold, and 18k White Gold.
The materials that our goldsmiths use come only from conflict-free zones and are of the highest quality.
The ideas and drafts of all of our jewelry come from the creative mind of the designer ANNA herself. The most of our unique products are finished with love and care in our very own workshops in the heart of Vienna, Austria.
Our jewelry is exclusively available in our ANNA stores in Vienna, Munich, London, New York and in our online shop.

Product Care

Our Monday-Bag made in Vienna out of 100% cotton is your personal do-it-all. 
 
In order to keep her superpowers, your Monday-Bag requires a lot of love and care: If necessary, offer her a spa journey at the laundry.
Please do not put it in your washing machine or dryer.

DO’s: Wear it often! That way, you prevent it from discoloration. Clean it regularly with a silver cleaning cloth. You can purchase one of these either from us or also in your local drug store.       

DONT’s: Don’t go to the thermal baths/spa with your jewelry. Don’t keep your jewelry in a closed box for extended periods of time. Keep an eye on your jewelry. Silver is a very soft material and can easily tear. This is especially important regarding our latticed silver pieces.     

ANNA produces very delicate and ornamental jewelry. For this reason, we recommend that our customers refrain from wearing their jewelry while sleeping, showering, doing sports, and while around small children or active house pets. Our wristbands, on the other hand, can be worn day and night, through any activity.
